See? Too Busy To Title.
I lost a follower. I'm trying to keep my perspective as I refresh the tissue box.
It happens to the best of us (and the worst of us, I suppose.) You're running along at full speed, maxing out life capacity, and decide for some ludicrous reason that makes sense at the time, to ramp it up a bit.
I've decided that we just can't fit in our house any longer and must find a new domain, and quickly. (That's literal. I'm not searching for a new domain name, techies. A house.) Since this is such an EASY thing to do, find a house that is bigger and better in a down market, settle on it and try to convince someone to buy your own minuscule house for at or more than you paid, then pack all of your useless, hardly used CRAP and move it all, all while entertaining a toddler and two increasingly bitter and bored dogs...should be no problem. Are you tired yet?
So am I.
The problem is, more and more research time means less blogging, which is totally unacceptable. But I'll admit it. I'm overwhelmed. And nobody is even paying me to be stressed out all day long at a real job!
So! Look forward to some fabulous guest posting soon!
In the meantime, a quick funny.
I can be a bit of a Primadonna. I got sick yesterday. Yes, in the disgusting way. Many reasons that this happens to people, and that's not important now. What is important is that I told my husband the story, including the horrible part about heaving so violently that toilet water splashed up on my hair/face. He was laughing so hard, he could barely ask, "well, did you wash your face?"
Oh! Good idea....

Good luck with the househunting. I really wish we could afford to upsize right now too - what a great time to buy - sell not so good.
Toilets totally give me the creeps and I can totally sympathize about the toilet water splashing on your face. My husband would be convulsing with laughter too:)
Bad Tom. Baaaaad Tom. But seriously, did you wash your face? And PLEASE don't buy another house up there - move back home! Home misses you... your family misses you... and so do your friends, ie ME. We need lunch conversation at Panera SOON!
Sweetie, I am the same way when describing events. John sometimes will ask for the cliff notes version to get me to speed it up a little.
omg. I am SO not looking forward to finding another house, but eventually we'll have to. Ours is teeny.
We'll be here when your life calms down! :)
I hate riding the porcelain bus. Thank God I don't get sick like that very often.
I've been wanting to do a post on the travails of the stomach flu...but I haven't had it in four years, so I don't have the excuse to write about it.
Good luck in your house hunting! Guest blogs aren't my favorite- just do shorter ones by you!
Sorry about losing a follower, it wasn't me! I totally thought you were looking for a new domain name , geek here. Good luck finding a real domain.
Old Dog found a house he wants to buy over the weekend. It has 2 garages, 20'x50' and 30'x50' and a teeny little house. It's better than the last property he found, though -- at least this one HAS a house.
We're currently embracing our small (and by small, I truly mean itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny, two-beds, no true master bath (oh, how I miss it), bikini) space simply to avoid having to sell. So I can only imagine your stress. Hang in there - we'll all be here whenever you do decide to share!
Hang in there.
You are going to be busy! Good luck with the bigger house search. Sorry that you've been sick. You are definitely in comfort mode with hubby when you can share the messy details about being sick. Remember those vows, through sickness and health...
If it makes you feel better, I lost a follower too. Maybe it was the same one.
I've been in a bit of a blogging funk lately ... just overwhelmed by the "real" world and my incredibly messy house. I hope to get my blogging mojo back soon.
And wow ... good luck with the house stuff. I just found out our best friends in the neighborhood are planning to move and I'm so sad that I'm hoping they can't sell...blerg.
Too many margaritas, huh?
Sorry life is so busy.
And good luck with the house hunting.
Just trying to refiance was stressing me out. (But it's officially done now!!)
