Soulful
and appeasing
Dying to be
Pleasing
Please, toddler,
Stop teasing
I really want to rest.
To avoid all the
Wheezing
And cold outside
(It's FREEZING)
Carpe Diem, my
Seizing
Gazing up: you're the best.
I intended to do an entire list, but, in his quiet resilience to all that is hardship, his undying love for his patron Toddler, and his steadfast sureness of foot and playful of heart, I give you.. my Echo.

That is an awesome picture. Great post.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun relationship between a loyal, "good sport" dog and a toddler! Great post.

ReplyDeleteThis picture and your ode to Echo make my heart ache for my first baby Judge who is up in heaven with all of his doggie friends, a beautiful lake to swim in and lots of angels who adore him. Thanks for making me take a moment and remember my sweet unruly boy.
